The king room I got was complete with the terrace, shower, as example. The food was savoury with variety of options. The location of the hotel was perfect, in a quiet area. The service was absolutely very good...

Enchanting property with terrific service and great value. Amazing staff interactions. Early check-in. Great location near Roma Termini and the historic city center.

Guest room with the balcony, a working AC, as example accommodated us perfectly. The location for our purpose was absolutely perfect and good, walk from a subway station.

The service staff on the night desk were helpful with information when we arrived.
Unfortunately, this hotel has been let down by it's own location. It was very difficult to find. I am a traveller that likes to use public transport and finding my own way around without the use of taxis. (NB when i wanted to find a taxi, there wasn't one available) This place was far outside of the city centre and located in a small side street. With only a small understanding of the Italian language it was hard to get the correct directions as the local area map was not very accurate to follow.

The room we booked had a king-size bed, terrace, shower, and balcony, all for £77; the location was excellent and the room was clean.

The whole experience was lovely, no reason to complain, would be happy to recommend. Everything was fine, the wifi was good. Central heating, a work desk, and flat-screen TV in neat rooms were awesome. the service was very good with parking on site. They offered me wake up service free of charge too.

I thoroughly enjoyed the good small and modern hotel.
I had a really great experience here, everything was fine, the location was marvellous close to The Sistine Chapel, colosseum or Vatican City, and most areas of Rome by metro. My room included a minibar, climate control, and an individual safe. The bathroom was nice with a bathtub. The services were good. Besides, free Wi-Fi throughout the property was a bonus🙂😃

Convenient Location and Breakfast Options 🌟
This place is situated perfectly close to the city center. we found it convenient to have a supermarket, trams, buses, metro, and the train station all within a short walking distance. the breakfast spread offered a variety of tasty options that could satisfy everyone's appetite.

Very friendly and accommodating staff; free extensive breakfast on outdoor terrace with meats and cheeses, cereals, yogurt; fridge in room; free wireless internet (but slow!); balcony (accessible through bathroom window!); lots of shops and restaurants nearby; free public parking on site. Highly recommended!
Room was a little cramped; no elevator so had to lug suitcases up stairs; 30 minutes to city center by walking and subway.

It's near a bus station which can take you quickly to the metro or any place in Central Rome. The breakfast was also very good.
The place seemed a bit old and rundown. Most of the staff was very helpful except for one guy who never had time for any of our questions.
